Hi admins,

Since the server issue, i lost couple of things...

01. The weekly tournament (I had no chance to better my lineup and equip my team with tournament power-ups)

02. 50 million cash, give or take (for player improvement cost which was deducted to my account but no improvement was made, please check my game id to verify)

03. TIME and ENERGY plus the incentives and prizes that comes with it.

Hopefully I will have something back in return for these. More power!

I've just checked into your account and can confirm that in the Player Improvement section, due to the error, you lost a total of 67,158,000 cash. Auctions are not working, can’t buy players.

Every time i try to bid for a player,i tried a few times on different players,i get a message that another manager outbidded me. The problem si nobody is biding and the value od the player stays the same,he just dissapears after the time runs out.

Have you tried to refresh the auctions screen (reentering it) when it happens?

Od course. players have starting value and nobody is bidding. That’s what I am seeing.

Now, when I am writing this post, Draymond Green is in auction house for 28.4 Mil. I tried to bid it once he showed up in auction house, and I get the same message, though there was 0 bids for him...
Please fix as soon as possible.

i was trying to refresh the page, restart the app, clear app cache... Nothing helped.

p.s. I agree with others, the game is kinda broken, not to mention about job and improvement section where you need always to restart the app...

Maybe you could help us on this. This issue is already few weeks. Few players complaining that its not possible to bid in Auction house sometimes, because we get message that another manager outbidded. So I tried to look why is this happening.
I am on Master planet and I am having this issue with Draymond Green and Paul George. Both these players I have in my team from previous planet. Maybe thats the case when bidding does not work. Because recently I bought Simmons, it worked perfectly, I had him never in my team before. I also tried to release my Green, but after releasing I still cannot bid on him in Auction house, even if I am the first bidder and there is start price. I hope these details will help you investigating and fixing this bug.

To reproduce, I suggest you to pick Green on your lineup for platinum planet, and try to bid on master planet for Green while having him in your players.
Please take a look because we are blocked from buying some good players.

i have 24 players, when i go to change my lineup how do i get access to players 17-24? i see the 5 starters and 5 bench players plus 6 inactives, but i don't see any way to scroll to the other inactive players.

also is there something i can do so i don't need to input a verification code for every post i make?

When you see the page of inactive players, it should let you swipe to another page to your right to see additional players.
Can you try that and let me know?

no video but literally nothing happens. back when i was able to play on my Kindle Fire i could swipe to the right for more players, thought it didn't work that well. now it doesn't move at all.

We had many complaints in the past about not being able to change lineups, but the issue isn't in our game, but rather something that Samsung implemented into their latest devices which automatically changes their device resolution.

In your case, since you're not playing with a Samsung device, we're not sure what it could be, because there should be a way to swipe the page to the left or right.

Have you tried swiping even from different areas of the screen to see if theres a particular spot that allows you to do it?

Before the server issue, I had more than 1,860 coins, now I have -866!! but I have not receive new or improved players.

I have received a lot of cash but I can use it only to improve my players as I cannot buy new ones because my coins are negative.

Please return my coins! I don't care about the cash.

In our database, the purchase you made was doubled and the amount of coins was 1061 coins.
If you're missing other coins, from some other action, you have to let us know which action you completed when the coins disappeared, otherwise we can't know that. The main issue with the missing cash and coins is from the Auctions and Player improvement section. The doubled cash and coins purchases is only in those sectoins, so in your account, there was just 1 doubled purchase with coins, and it was that one.
Please let us know which other coins you're missing-.

Before the issue I had 1,860 coins.

During the issue I tried to improve into master level Kevin Durant and Carmelo Anthony, both in special edition, without success then and now, there is no change in their level. As it didn't work i tried to buy special edition of Paul George, without any effect.

To buy Paul George I tried to sell Kawy Leonard without any effect then, now he is out of my team!

Also I bought a new slot (100 coins) without any effect then, but nuw i have a new slot! I don't need it by now.

Yesterday I had -866 coins, two hours ago I had -776 (i have obtained 90 coins in two days due to tournaments won, works done and i reached a new level).

So, I just want to have my account as I had before the issue: 1,860 coins and if possible (as compensation) accrued with the 90 coins earned these days. I don't need the players I just was trying to make anything to unlock the game....

Unfortunately Michael Jordan is one of the players who's very difficult for us to add into the game. We have to reach a personal agreement with the player and, until now, we haven't been able to do so.
We are still trying, so hopefully we'll be able to add him in soon.

I have one probably stupid question but I need to know some things because I'm new in this game - If I'm at silver planet and I still have players from beginner planet. What will happend if I buy players which I already have and they are at beginner planet (x1)?

You will get the same players, but in silver.
The “new” players will receive an extra set of levels according to the level he had on the previous planet.

I can send a request just fine, but whenever one and only one person accepts to play, they're informed that someone else has already accepted. I receive the same message when I try to accept friendly challenges.

In fact, I've never been able to successfully accept a friendly invitation.

I got, including, a level 20 maradona. but the fact is that I already had a maradona level 59, which was on improvement, and would reach level 60 in 2 days .. the new maradona unified with the existing one, and became level 60, and remained on improvement for the same 2 days. in my opinion. Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify which game you're playing? If you're not playing Barcelona Fantasy Manager, the reason they're grayed out is because the club FC Barcelona requested they only appear with their images in their own FCB game.

Sigue sin actualizarse el valor de los jugadores del Sevilla del partido de Champions del miercoles, Maribor-Sevilla.... Y como consecuencia de ello teneis a un jugador, Ganso, en venta directa por monedas con una valoracion de 0 puntos.

Siento el retraso en contestarte. Con el festivo el viernes y el finde después, otros errores en el juego de NBA, he estado super ocupado últimamente.
Ya debería estar todo arreglado con los puntos. Si no es así, no dudes en decírmelo y lo vemos.

Debería haberte salido un mensaje especial en la sección "Más > Mensajes" explicando que como se ha terminado la fase de Champions, se desactivaban esos torneos especiales. ¿Te llegó a salir?

No, no me llegó ningún mensaje, si me hubiese llegado no habría puesto nada aquí.

Te entiendo, es que a veces hay usuarios que no lo ven porque no lo miran, y por eso te lo pregunté.
Lo que pasó era eso, que terminó la fase de Champions y por eso se desactivó, pero si ya habías empezado el torneo, no se debería haber quitado de tu cuenta, y debería dejarte completarlo. Si no lo has empezado, si quita hasta la próxima vez que se active.
Si tienes otras preguntas me lo dices.

Compensation???? Keep on dreaming....they will never do that!





The problem, as I said before, is only affecting the players on server #3. No matter the device they are using.
I don’t think to reset the Santa’s tournament is the best way to compensate these players. A compensation is required, no doubt. Maybe some coins and cash, for the weekly league and the tournaments they didn’t play.

Let’s say they could played the 8 more profitable tournaments twice and the weekly league.
140 coins and 40 million cash for the tournaments
20 to 100 coins for the weekly league, depending on the level of the league.

Most important is the players training. Depending on the level of the player that time could be use to increase 3 to 10 levels. And that’s a big lost.

I think they should compensate it, because only a part of users were affected. And compensation is not a new thing in such cases, in my experience with other games, they do always compensation for lost time when there is a massive issue and users cannot use it long enough.

All users on that server that was affected have already been compensated yesterday.
After we reopened from the scheduled maintenance, we added the compensation into their accounts.
