For how long is wall going to be off the table? I have been trying to purchase him for a month now and every time i get the message that i was outbidded but nobody is bidding. I tried to enter Play Game before entering auctions and IT worked for some players but not for Wall.

Hey @Gogom,
Unfortunately, this is hard to say because many users want to sign Wall, so this is also happening to other users. The issue is not the fact that the auctions aren't working for that player. The issue is that so many people want to sign him, and when multiple users make bids at the same time, it throws the auction off a bit and the prices don't update correctly, because of the multiple bids. We're going to try to find a solution to make it update correctly, but the auctions, in general, is working correctly.

Hey @Diavolo,
The current leader of the competition is on the Gold Planet, and the 2nd place is on the Bronze planet.
Keep in mind that since you only compete against the users in your planet, if you have a stronger team than all of the users on your planet, you can play and win many games, and with the winning streak bonuses, it helps bring up their value.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Ciao ragazzi!

Il giovedì aprirò il nuovo forum ufficiale. Ho scritto tutto in questo messaggio generale:
http://www.fromthebenchgames.com/forums/index.php?topic=93608.msg639810#msg639810

https://fromthebench.zendesk.com

Quando sarà aperto il nuovo forum (Community), la URL sarà:
https://fromthebench.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

Se avete delle domande, o se volete mantenere gli stessi dati di questo forum, prego di farmi sapere e faremo tutto il possibile.

Hey everybody,

I have some GREAT news about the new forum. We're going to open it on Thursday, February 1st, and starting that day, this forum will be "Read Only".

At the beginning, it will look like a brand new forum without the previous pages in the forum, but over time we will be transferring the data from this forum into the new one. That way everything will be there again.

The good thing about the new forum is that we're bringing it closer to our Support platform, Zendesk, where we handle all of our support messages sent to us from within the game, or through our current Help Center, where we will be opening the new forum on Thursday, February 1st. In doing this, we will be able to easily open a support ticket if your cases require the attention of our development team, for example, which is something we could not do here.

The downside is that we will be unable to transfer the user accounts from the current forum, so it will be necessary to create a new account on our Zendesk platform. It's really quick and easy, so it won't be too much work, however, if you do wish to maintain the same login information from this current forum, when you create the new account in Zendesk, please just send us your new User Name and the one from this forum and we'll help you with that.

If you already have a Zendesk account from submitting a support request, you don't need to do anything else, just go to the new URL (below) when the new forum is activated.

If you do not have an account on Zendesk, you can create one here:
https://fromthebench.zendesk.com

When the new forum is activated, the new URL will be:
https://fromthebench.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics

If you have any further questions, please just let me know,

Hi everybody,

I thought I mentioned this already in the forum, but I may be wrong. There's an issue with the system that automatically updates the points after each set of 5 games. We're working to resolve it as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have to update the points manually, and since the matches finish in the middle of the night here in Spain, we cannot update them until the next morning.

We can assure you that the points will be updated as they should, but - until the automated system issue is resolved, the update will be done the next morning. If it's on the weekend, it will be updated on Monday morning.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we're doing the best we can to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. The points should already be fixed for today, including some legend players that, for some reason, were moved to 0 points.

Hi guys,

Apologies for the inconveniences. In fact, there was another issue with server 3 since about 11:00 p.m. (GMT+1) last night. We've resolved it this morning as quickly as possible, and now everything should be working correctly.

I want to make sure you guys know that the issue that happened now is not the same server issue as last month. That issue was resolved, and this one was totally new.

In any case, we've been working on changing the servers to a more stable location, and we think that this might have had something to do with it. Everything should be working correctly now.

-Brino

I cannot connect, and it is not the internet.

I reach the screen with the version, then timeout.

It is working now.

Ok perfect! Thanks for letting me know! :)
