Hello, goodmorning,

This weekend I purchased Frank Rijkaard in the gold planet with stats of level 20 with points approx. 6200 in points.
Due that I had the player already since the bronze planet it supposed to be upgraded.
In my account it downgraded the player and made it level 27.
The bronze player card was level 60.

I would like it to be at least the purchased stats, cause otherwise I first have to sack the player before purchasing it and I don't think that is the idea of the auction.

Could you please check and correct?

Hey @ELTORO,
When you upgrade a player from 1 planet to the other, depending on his level on the previous planet and the level you sign him at, he could upgrade to a lower level, but since he's on the higher planet, he is still stronger. You would only have to continue improving him to see that when he reaches the level he was at on the previous planet, he'll have an even higher Player Value now. For example, if you have a player at level 39 on beginner, and you sign him at level 1 on bronze, he's going to be on your new planet at level 9 (Level 1 +8 additional levels for his 39 levels on the previous planet).
Let me know if that doesn't clear up your doubt on the matter.

It clears up a bit, but when I bought him his ratings were different.

Buenas! Hace unos días que vengo viendo a gente con jugadores por encima del valor teórico que deberían tener al alcanzar el nivel 60.
Pues bien, para hacer la prueba he subido a uno de los míos a ese nivel para ver si se podía seguir subiendo.
La opción de subirlo está; no aparece un marcador con un "nivel 61", pero puedes seguir subiendo a tus jugadores más allá del 60.
No lo he subido porque entiendo que es un bug del juego, verdad?
Y de ser así, entiendo que todo aquel que tenga los jugadores por encima del nivel 60 deberían de downgradearselos, no?

PD: por cierto... me acaba de fallar el bonus para recortar el tiempo de entreno de George Best... me ponía que tardaría 17 horas y al darle se me ha puesto a 1 día y pico...

Correcto, si hay usuarios con jugadores por encima de nivel 60, es un error y deberían tener un downgrade -1 nivel.
Me pondré a revisarlo ahora mismo.
Con respecto al vídeo para mejorar el jugador. ¿Podrías confirmar si te pasa lo mismo con otros jugadores, o solo con él?
¿Llegaste a ver el vídeo o te salió algún mensaje de error?

Sobre el vídeo, lo llegué a ver, lo cerré, me salió la respuesta al bonis conforme se había recortado el tiempo, y fue al aceptar cuando no se aplicó, apareciendo de nuevo el tiempo "original".
Esta noche cuando se me habilite el bonus de nuevo sobre las 12 te confirmo si es algo puntual; hasta ahora no había tenido problema.

Ayer hubo 2 partidos de la liga italiana (hasta lo pusisteis en noticias) y hoy no se ha actualizado el valor de los jugadores y no es ni la primera vez..... ni la segunda ni la tercera, esto ya es algo recurrente casi todas las semanas.

Desde hace días no paso de 30,000 de cash en la aplicación, realizo trabajos diarios pero no pasó de esa cantidad.
Llevo aproximadamente 2 semanas con este tema, llegué a pensar que algún potenciador se recargaba automáticamente pero no es así.

Hi, just had the player updates for this weekends games and Neymar is listed as “did not play”. He did play vs Montpellier and scored 2 goals.

Can this be updated?

¿Has mirado a ver si otros usuarios te están retando en la sección "JUGAR PARTIDO"?
Si es así, es por eso que estás perdiendo el cash. Si no, me lo dices y lo reviso mejor.

Non capisco come sia possibile che la mia squadra nell'ultima partita era superiore di 11.000 punti rispetto all'avversario ed ho perso 4-1, come capita almeno 2 volte a campionato, ma chissà per quale motivo non accade mai il contrario. Mi sono stufato di perdere tempo in questo gioco falsato, se questa è una cosa normale penso proprio che disinstallerò il gioco. Cordiali saluti.
