Hola,

Tengo varias cosas:

- He jugado 2 torneos en los que al perder  no me han dado el premio de 1 pack
- He comprado el starter kit y sigo teniendo publicidad...
- Acabo de comprar un pack con 200 coins y no me aparece, me ha restado los coins pero sigue con el candado

Acabo de comprobar su cuenta y veo que es cierto que no ha recibido esos 2 packs. Ahora se han sumado en su cuenta.
En cuando la publicidad, debería estar resuelto en la próxima versión que sacamos. ¿Está jugando con iOS o Android?

Hola e tenido varios problemas
1 jugue un torneo y no se me dio el sobre..
2 compre un sobre con 200 monedas y no lo pude abrir
3 e pagado 0.99 para jugar a un torneo y no lo e podido jugar.. todo esto en 1 semana.. espero que se arregle gracias.

I reached division 1 but I finished the season in division 2. I was given the rewards for division 2 but the rules say I should have been given the rewards for division 1.

Sorry for the inconveniences. Our developers are going to be uploading a new version this week that should resolve that for you. Regarding the tournament issue, can you send me your User ID so I can check into it?

Hi Txaston,

When you collected the season prize, it should have given you the prize for division 1, which contains stars. Just like when you win a match, the stars are added and those help you rise divisions. At the start of the new season, it takes the stars you received in the reward and adds them onto Division 20 - if you received 6 stars, you'd start the next season in Division 18, rather than in Division 20. If you received 57 stars, you would start in Division 2 instead of Division 20 (3 stars move you up to the next division).

Regarding the Advertisements, I'm going to check into this as I was informed it would be in this new version.

Hi Mavo7,
I think what's going on is that you saw the division in which you're starting the new season (11), but the prize was from division 9. At the start of the new season, it takes the stars you received in the previous season's reward and adds them onto Division 20 (which is the division every user starts at in the new season, without adding the stars received from rewards). In your case, you would have received 27 stars which would have you start the next season in Division 11 rather than in Division 20. (3 stars move you up to the next division).

Chiedo scusa per qualsiasi confusione. Ciò che succede è che hai ricevuto la ricompensa per la divisione 9, la divisione massima raggiunta a fine stagione (che equivale ad un mese). La ricompensa contiene delle stelle le quali permettono di ricominciare da una divisione diversa dalla 20. Nel tuo caso, ti ricomincerá dalla divisione 10 invece di 20 grazie alle stelle ricevute nella ricompensa.

Siento el inconveniente. ¿Podrías enviarnos tu ID de usuario para poder identificar lo que podría estar pasando? Se encuentra en la sección que está al lado de Colección, cuando le das al botón (+)
