2 times I finished 2nd in all-star but i did't raise up to next planet (gold to platinum)

Since last update(bugfixing one) the app is working worse than before for me.
Constant lag and crashes and on top of that, improve player and auction tabs freezes.
Its been 3 weeks now with this bug, come on guys.
Basically every time I want to do something in this "game", I need to close it and open app again. For the tenth time in a day, it is getting annoying.
Every day I am asking myself why I still playing this. How come this app be worse than 1-2 years ago (content wise and stability). It is unbelievable.

hey there sir mamba,
just noticed that the holloween event option is already gone. i know u explained it already that it caused lagging when theres more competition option at the same time, but it just finished recently so i wasnt able to collect it yet. can you put it back after the current "the process" competition so at least players who are yet to collect the reward can still get it without having to deal with the lagging issue? just my suggestion.... tnx...

I know it's been a long time since the game has been updated and since we were able to give you more news.
I've just received confirmation that we will not be updating the game or updating the player values at this time.
For now the game will be left as is and you can still continue playing until further notice.

Why is this thread locked? You don't want your fans to post their negative comment on how we feel? Well, here is how I feel about this:
1. Mislead. There was a clear implication earlier this season that an update was coming. Based on this, I continued to play and develop my team as much as I could.
2. This game is now officially dead. It has now been ONE YEAR since any player value updates. No new players. No legend players. No special events.
3. This is sad. At one time, this was a great game.
4. Is the game available to buy? I would be interested to know what you would sell the rights to run and develop this game for? I mean the whole thing....

I agree 1,000,000% with Mike on this issue!  All when you get your hopes up on a sweet game, they get shattered!!  I can careless about a soccer, football, and a card flipping game.  This game was setting up to be something really GOOD!!  But, now it's not!!  Thank you from the bench creators for smashing our dreams!!   >:(

Hi there!

I want to report the bug that happened in my account. The power up "Great fans" was missing.
Yesterday, before I logged out my account, all of the power ups are still ok. After a few minutes, I logged in again and to surprise, my team value depreciate. I check my power ups, the "Great Fans" power up is missing. It happened to me twice this week. Earlier in this week, it's gone missing after a maintenance occured. I didn't reported because I thought it is only a technical glitch.
Thank you for your immediate response on this problem, I hope you can fix this problem so it won't happen again. Also, if you could retrive the lost power up(approx. 50 to 100 games) I highly appreciated.

What is the exact time, the planet change, at gmt clock please?
In the league screen, it say I finished 3rd in all star league, but in platinum symbol, the requirement of finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd, isn’t marked as finished?
Will I move on next planet?

Delete the app and re-install to update images.  Irving is now on the front screen for Boston.

Also for those that have passed the requirements for Master planet, you will be moved up on Sunday at the usual weekly time for planet transitions. (Mamba mentioned this in the bugs or suggestions thread)

I’m not seeing any special edition players or legends in the buy it now section for the last three days.  (Maybe since the 4.21 update?)

I can only see the player of the day and other standard players. No special edition or legends.

Anyone else having the same issue ?
