I didn't receive the packs I purchased!

If you didn't receive the packs you purchased, don't worry. We'll help you out but we would need some additional help on your end.

Google Play: Please send us the reference number (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) of your purchase(s) so that we can check into this resolve it as soon as possible

iTunes: Please send us the invoice of the payment as an attached file, as iTunes doesn't inform us about the missing packs when a payment wasn't processed correctly. If you don't have the invoice yet, it's fine if you send us a screenshot of your Purchase History from your iTunes account (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727).
