Is it just me or is Tapjoy a horrible company to deal with?!  Everything I try to get free coins from Tapjoy some tasks work but others never work!  I've emailed their customer service about it and they say I've received my coins but never have.  I reply to that email to let them know I didn't receive them and they NEVER reply back!  I keep bugging them countless times without a reply!  From the Bench staff please look into another company!  They suck!!

Can you please send me your User ID and confirm which offer you completed, the date on which you completed it, how many coins you were supposed to receive, and the Case No. you have with Tapjoy's support team?

There are so many of them.  I can only give you offer numbers and not coin amounts is that fine?  These offers have been deleted off my previous offer listing on the Tapjoy app.  I'll have to compose of a long list of number for you.  I mean there might be up to 10-15 offers.

Nope it's at 5 coins now.  Thank you for fixing it.  Have a blessed Christmas!
I tried using the energy charge up today and it only refilled 100 energy not all of my energy that it had stated it was going to do.  Please help!

That energy was only supposed to charge 100 points, but I can see that the description is incorrect and states "Recharge all your energy".
Please send me your User ID and I'll refill your energy for you.

My ID is 1:33979.  I used 15 coins to see if there was an error the first and second time so do you think I could get compensated for that instead of recharging my energy?  Thank you so much for looking into that and yes I had a wonderful Christmas.  Hope you had the same.

Why is this thread locked? You don't want your fans to post their negative comment on how we feel? Well, here is how I feel about this:
1. Mislead. There was a clear implication earlier this season that an update was coming. Based on this, I continued to play and develop my team as much as I could.
2. This game is now officially dead. It has now been ONE YEAR since any player value updates. No new players. No legend players. No special events.
3. This is sad. At one time, this was a great game.
4. Is the game available to buy? I would be interested to know what you would sell the rights to run and develop this game for? I mean the whole thing....

I agree 1,000,000% with Mike on this issue!  All when you get your hopes up on a sweet game, they get shattered!!  I can careless about a soccer, football, and a card flipping game.  This game was setting up to be something really GOOD!!  But, now it's not!!  Thank you from the bench creators for smashing our dreams!!   >:(

Hey WM,

I chose this forum because I didn't want to blast the FTB from the highest platform.  You know what kind of time it takes to finish in the top 10 on one of the tournaments. When I looked at the prizes the coins didn't excite me because you know going into it that you will use way more than 150 coins finishing that high. The level 45 Harden was no help either because I have a diamond 60 Harden already. Based on past precedents and forum posts, I believed that I would receive the next highest value active player that was not a diamond level on my roster. I believed to be competitive in the upcoming league, I needed to finish in the top 10 to get Cousins (the highest player not on my diamond roster). If I ended up with Davis or even Paul, if it had to be the next highest guard, I could understand that. You can imagine my amazement (could use a lot of other words here) that after a month of effort I get..... Josh Smith!!!!!!! To add insult to injury, his value is ZERO!!!!!!! Somebody doesn't get it. Really! Isn't the goal of a game app to make money? It's almost like somebody said, "Ok, how can we get rid of more of our active players that spend a lot of money?" Y'all put too much effort into getting cash spending customers to allow some breakdown in your plan to treat us like this. TSH and Calsing finished 4th & 5th respectively. They spend a lot to keep their players leveled up and both already have level 60 Westbrooks. Man I hope they didn't get this kind of treatment. Please tell me this was a fluke, or some idiot got fired or it's because I'm starting the next planet with a 45 Harden or anything plausible at this point.  Really appreciate your help Mamba. If you hadn't come through like you did in the past. I would have been long gone.
I would have to agree with Nick 1,000%!  I was expecting an upgrade to my already aquired Anthony Davis but no I got a worthless Josh Smith with 0 (zero) value!!  This DEFINITELY needs to be addressed!  People put hard work into this game and maybe their own personal funds as well, to be as competitive as possible to make this game's success flourish!
