The NBA General Manager team is excited to present to you our new season and all the new updates that will come throughout it.
In the first version of NBA GM 18 you can expect to see the following:
Simmons, Ball, Fultz, Fox and the rest of the new talents want to join your team and start dominating the NBA.
Irving went off to Boston, Carmelo Anthony and Paul George are with the Thunder, Wade is now with the Cavaliers, and these are just some of the many trades from the summer.
Find your favorite NBA players and sign them to your team!
As we’ve been seeing throughout the summer, the NBA franchises now have their own sponsors! So, with that, all team uniforms have changed. Check out the Locker Room to see your team’s new uniform.
Also, the logos for the Cavaliers, Pistons, Pacers, Timberwolves, Blazers and Spurs have been changed.
This is the planet that the most experienced users in NBA General Manager have been waiting months for.
Players will update to the highest values ever seen. Now you can move one step closer to the toughest competition!
As you can see, this new season is starting off progressively following the experience from last season as well as the new updates from the current NBA Season, but we’ve got many more things prepared for the future (and next) updates. For that reason we’re going to give a brief explanation about the bigger updates that you’ll find throughout the season.

NEW AGENT: THE SPY
We’ve hired a new agent for this season, the spy, who will allow you to learn more information about your opponents: who their best players are, their strategy used and it even lets you know which of you is the favorite for the match.
You may be wondering what we mean by “their strategy“. Ready to find out?
GAME STRATEGY
We’re preparing a new game mode in which you’ll be able to make even more decisions about how you want your team to play, both on offense and defense. Do you want the ball to always go through your MVP? Do you want to choose a 2 against 1 defense on the opposing star player? This and many more strategies can be applied to your games and make a huge difference in the closest games. The moment to show which manager knows the most about the NBA has arrived!
WORLD OF FAME PLANET
This planet will arrive with one of the biggest and most exciting updates in the 4-year history of NBA General Manager.
With this planet you’ll find a new kind of competition where your team strategy and balance will be key.
This competition (on the World of Fame planet) will take the place of the weekly league since it’ll be closely related to it.
We believe that with this competition, the best managers in the world will have to stay up-to-date on everything going on because the competition is going to be incredible!
